We are looking for passionate outdoor professionals to join our bilingual team in Yangshuo. Full-time and seasonal positions available.
1. Program Manager (PM) · 项目经理 / 项目负责人
📌 Hiring: 2 people · 招聘 2 人
Key Responsibilities · 岗位职责
- Full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery & client relations
全流程项目规划、执行交付与客户关系维护 - Execution docs, budgets, bookings & risk assessments
制定执行文档、预算表、预定表及风险评估 - Staffing, equipment, itinerary coordination
统筹人员配置、物料清单与行程安排 - On-site emergency response & incident management
现场应急处理与突发事件响应 - Lead handover meetings; closed-loop communication
组织项目交接会，闭环沟通与汇报
Requirements · 任职要求
- 3+ years project management · 3 年+ 项目管理经验
- First aid (WAFA/WFR) & outdoor leader certifications preferred
急救证书 (WAFA/WFR) 及户外领队资质优先 - Bachelor’s degree; outdoor ed / project mgmt / tourism preferred
本科及以上，户外教育/项目管理/旅游管理优先 - Bilingual Chinese & English · 中英文流利
- Strong communication, resilience & leadership
出色的沟通协调、抗压与领导力
2. Product Development Lead (PD) · 产品开发负责人

Key Responsibilities · 岗位职责
- Design, develop & iterate outdoor ed & adventure products
户外教育及探险旅行产品的设计、研发与迭代 - Create innovative curricula & activity routes
制定创新课程方案与活动路线 - Author product manuals, SOPs, teaching materials
编写产品手册、活动 SOP、教学课件及风险评估模板 - Field-testing & quality control with PMs
协同 PM 进行产品落地测试与品质把控 - Research trends; integrate international methodologies
研究行业趋势，引入国际户外教育方法论
Requirements · 任职要求
- 2+ years curriculum / product design · 2 年+ 课程设计或产品开发经验
- Bilingual; excellent copywriting & material creation
中英文流利，优秀的文案与课件制作能力 - Bachelor’s in education, outdoor ed, sports or tourism
本科及以上，教育学/户外教育/体育/旅游管理相关 - Experiential learning theory & certifications

3. Marketing & Promotion Specialist · 市场推广专员
